This program allows you to train when and where it's most convenient for you. Many of my guys train at home, with some basic equipment. Since each workout is personalized, I can write a program based on the time you have — even if that's only 20 minutes a few times a week.

This is actually another reason to strength train. Recovery is much easier when you improve fitness qualities like strength, hypertrophy, and cardio. BJJ won't be as stressful on your body and you'll bounce back much faster.
